    Lahore Smart City NOC has been approved by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) . Its first NOC for 2153 Kanal was approved in 2021. This NOC was granted soon after its soft launch, making it the only society in Lahore to have the fastest approved NOC. Moreover, it has also acquired an NOC from the National Highway Authority (NHA) for access to Lahore Smart City from the Lahore Ring Road

    NOC approval is a significant milestone in bringing the Smart City vision to reality. The developers continue to comply with governing regulations and standards.
